Route 39 Academy is a publicly funded independent school. Like other Academies we are not managed by a local authority and receive our funding from central Government. Route 39 Academy Trust Ltd is a charitable company responsible for the running of Route 39 Academy.
The Trust appoint the Academy's Governors in line with its founding document - the Articles of Association - and the Secretary of State for Education.
